Grounded in real sources
ZemedelCo does not improvise from general knowledge. The assistant works with the conditions of national and European agriculture programmes — direct payments, eco-schemes, coupled support, Rural Development Programme measures, and the Strategic Plan 2023–2027. When you ask about a programme, it finds the relevant measures, deadlines, and requirements and builds the answer on them — in plain language, with structure and concrete application steps.
How to ask a question
Ask in plain language — for example, “Am I eligible for the ‘Young Farmer’ measure?” or “What documents do I need for the direct-payments campaign?”. The assistant returns a clear answer with the relevant measures, deadlines, and a list of required documents, so you know what the next steps are.
What happens to your question
Your question is processed encrypted on infrastructure in the European Union. Conversations are kept in your account so you can return to them and are not used to train AI models. You can delete them at any time, and you can export all your data from your profile (GDPR).
Documents
Uploaded guidelines and documents (PDF, DOCX, photos — including scans) are read automatically and used only as context for your answer. They stay in your account and are deleted together with the conversation.
Personal-data protection before AI processing
Before your question is sent to the AI system, Zemedelko automatically masks structured personal identifiers — national ID numbers (ЕГН/ЛНЧ), IBANs, card numbers, phones and emails. Person names and addresses are pseudonymized: replaced with codes (e.g. "ЛИЦЕ-1"), and in the answer you see the real names are restored locally on our server — the AI provider only ever works with the codes. УРН and ЕИК are not masked — they are business identifiers needed for accurate programme guidance. Your original text stays encrypted in your account.
Transparency: you know you are talking to AI
We clearly label answers as generated by artificial intelligence — in the chat itself, and every exported PDF carries a visible notice plus machine-readable marking that the content is AI-generated. The labelling follows the transparency requirements of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Art. 50).
Honest about the limits
Artificial intelligence can make mistakes, and programme conditions and deadlines change. That is why answers are information, not an official consultation — verify important decisions with an expert or the relevant office before submitting to the DFZ. ZemedelCo is built to make you better informed, not to replace professional advice where it is needed.
Metering and prices without surprises
Usage is measured in tokens, and the pricing page shows approximately how many questions each plan includes. The trial is free and requires no card.
